In this century-old village townhouse, Studio NiCHE breathes new life into traditional Maltese architecture with a design that balances rustic charm and modern freshness. Original limestone walls, timber beams, and patterned tiles are paired with light contemporary finishes, natural textures, and playful color accents. The home’s layout was reworked to enhance light and flow, transforming underused rooms into inviting, functional spaces, from a cozy kitchen opening onto a sunny courtyard to a flexible living area layered with warmth and personality.
