Studio NICHE, led by Martina Fenech-Adami, has transformed a traditional Żebbuġ farmhouse into Jacaranda — a soulful home that unites Maltese heritage with contemporary comfort. The design preserves the building’s historic essence while introducing modern spatial flow, bespoke details, and a rich, personality-driven palette of pinks, greens, and natural textures. Sustainability guided every choice, from reusing original materials to integrating solar systems and water recycling. With features like a terrazzo staircase, sculptural kitchen island, and marble-clad fireplace, Jacaranda embodies warmth, authenticity, and modern refinement. As Fenech-Adami notes, it’s “a home with soul, where every detail reflects not only the architecture but the people who live within it.”
