Rabat Town House

In this Rabat townhouse, Studio NiCHE reimagines a traditional home through light, flow, and refined materiality. The design reshapes the once awkward layout into an airy, open-plan space where natural light filters through the restored staircase and bespoke joinery. Blue-grey cabinetry, off-white walls, and warm wood shelving create a balanced dialogue between heritage and modern living, while patterned Maltese tiles and brushed gold accents add character and warmth. Every element, from restored iron railings to a Carrara marble breakfast bar, was carefully considered to preserve the home’s soul while introducing a timeless, contemporary rhythm.
